Catskill Brewery Job Title: Cook/Food Truck Manager Job Description: Our brewery is investing in a food truck to serve food for customers of the taproom. Candidate must have some food management experience and cooking experience. The ability to manage time and acquire ingredients within a budget is key. Potential for profit participation is negotiable based on experience and performance. Additional Responsibilities:  Maintain a clean and sanitary environment where the food is prepared.  Be able to lift up to fifty pounds.  Stand for long periods of time  Other duties as assigned.
