SEAFARI SUMMER CAMP
WHAT TO BRING
Our Seafari Summer Camp provides fun activities for children ages 5 – 12 years old throughout the summer!
Every Tuesday and Thursday, bring sun screen, swim suit, towel and extra change of clothes. EVERYTHING must be labeled with the camper’s name.
HOURS OF OPERATION
CLOTHING
6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
SEAFARI SUMMER CAMP TUITION $220 per week. One time registration fee $75.
SEAFARI SUMMER CAMP LUNCH
Campers will need to bring a sack lunch each day of the week. Camper will also need a bottle of water for the field trip. Surf Safari Camp will provide two healthy snacks daily.
SEAFARI SUMMER CAMP T-SHIRTS
All campers receive a Seafari Summer Camp T-Shirt. The Seafari Summer Camp TShirt must be worn each day. Extra T-Shirts are available for purchase.
All campers must wear athletic shoes. Flip flops, sandals, and crocs are NOT permitted.
TOYS AND ELECTRONICS
Do NOT allow your camper to bring toys, games, electronic equipment, cell phones, jewelry, or make-up to camp. We are not responsible for lost or broken items brought from home.
WALKS and FIELD TRIPS
Campers walk to the Bellaire Library and Bellaire Park each week. Campers are transported to field trip destinations once a week by a school bus or the CCLC van. Field trips are listed in enrollment packet.
SEAFARI SUMMER CAMP DISCIPLINE
The Seafari campers play hard, push boundaries, and challenge each other without fear of failure or humiliation! We help children develop a “can do” attitude through encouragement, support, coaching, positive guidance, and team spirit! We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any child or parent who fails to follow the camp rules.
BELLAIRE POOL
A trip to the Bellaire Pool is provided twice a week. This is not an optional field trip. Campers not going to the Bellaire Pool will have to play at Bellaire Park. Campers must pass a swim test before entering the deep end of the Bellaire Pool. Campers must follow the pool rules at all times. Lifeguards are always on duty and campers are always accompanied by the CCLC staff. We take pool safety procedures very seriously. Campers who disregard pool rules will be returned to the CCLC campus.
SUNSCREEN or REPELLENT
Please apply sunscreen or insect repellent before your camper arrives in the morning. We will allow campers to reapply sunscreen after lunch with parent signed permission.
