The Connecticut CCIM Chapter consists of CCIM Designees, CCIM Candidates, Associate members and Sponsors. Members are involved in all aspects of commercial real estate including brokerage, property and asset management, consulting, ownership, teaching, and appraisal. The Chapter serves as a focal point where members can exchange ideas and properties, network, continue their educational development and assist each other in finding solutions to today’s challenges that face commercial practitioners.
