Please be sure to follow through on your volunteer commitment to bring halftime snacks or fulfill your duties off the field. If you have not already done so, please contact our volunteer coordinator Spring Alexander 773-470-3317 or Nada Bowie at 773-818-7200. Parents who volunteer at least 3 hours will qualify to be refunded their $100.00 participation fee.

Picture day is scheduled for Sat., Sept. 10th at Hayes Park. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled time. Payment required on picture day by check, money order or credit card. 2nd Weigh-In
NOTE: Pictures will be taken between 2pm -5pm. The team order may change. If it rains, pictures may take place inside the park. ATTIRE: • Cheerleaders should wear entire uniform (shell skirt, mid drift, shorts, socks, shoes, and bow). Hair should be up in one high ponytail with bow attached. •
If you have any questions, there is a team rep assigned to your team to help you. While we are all here to support the organization, the people listed below should be your first point of contact.
Football players should wear their uniform, shoulder pads, game socks and cleats. No helmet.

For those football players who will attend the 2nd Weigh-In; the weigh-in will take place on Thursday, Sept 15th at Evergreen Park at 3450 W. 97th Street, Evergreen Park, IL. Please arrive by 5:30 p.m.
Birth Certificates
Birth certificates will be returned to parents starting Tuesday, September 13th.
Payments & Fundraiser fee
Any outstanding balances and fundraiser fees MUST be paid Immediately. There will be no further exceptions and your child will NOT be able to participate. Please see Tammy Jackson. NOTE: Payments will not be accepted at the game.
