Back 2 School Schedule REMINDER: Practice will now be held three days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at Hayes Park from 6:00 8:00 p.m. We are expecting our children to make the honor roll. Please help them with their time management and study skills.

PARENTS – Do you want real-time communication? If you have not already done so, PLEASE RESPOND to your GroupMe text message sent to you by your child’s team rep. Get the latest news on games, game locations, and/or any changes such as practice cancellations. Don’t get left out! NOTE: Smartphone users can download the GroupMe app to control alerts, sounds, and icon badges.
Parent Volunteers
Communications will sent out by e-mail, text and/or by GroupMe. Parents please make sure you are receiving some form of communication. If not, please contact your team rep to ensure we have your correct contact information. We will provide a hard copy of the weekly newsletter ONLY to those parents who request it.
Note: Parents who volunteer at least 3 hours will qualify to be refunded their $100.00 participation fee.
Please be sure to follow through on your volunteer commitment to bring halftime snacks or fulfill your duties outside the field. If you have not already done so, please contact our volunteer coordinator Spring Alexander 773-470-3317 or Nada Bowie at 773-818-7200.

1st Game: Sun., Sept 11th
Weigh-In It is mandatory that all football players are present for the weigh-in on Friday, September 9th. All levels must be present at 5:15 p.m. The Weigh-in time starts when the team scheduled ahead of us finishes. If your child does not weigh-in; he will not be on the player roster. The weigh-in location: Evergreen Park Field House 3450 W. 97th Street, Evergreen Park, IL 60805 Scales sometimes read differently at the park or at home. The Metro League scale reading is the final. • Super Pee Wee (up to 85 lbs) • Pee Wee (up to 100 lbs) • Widget (up to 125 lbs) • Junior (up to 155 lbs) 1. All players to be weighed in will be allowed one time on the official scale. Coaches are advised to have players properly stripped down before reaching the scale. 2. Player to arrive in Game Jersey only, no football equipment. 3. Football cleats are not allowed in the building. A $25 fine to parent for each violation. 4. Failure to submit the required Blitz registration documents will result in your child not being able to weigh-in and parent will be subject to league fees.
Picture Day Picture day is scheduled for Sat., Sept. 11th at St. Lawrence High School. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled time.
