Preparation 1.

Heat 15 ml oil in a pan and sauté carrot, capsicum, and spring onion for few minutes and keep aside.

2. In a small bowl add chicken, sauté vegetables and mashed potato, salt and pepper and Knorr Chicken Powder. Mix it well and adjust seasoning. 3.

Now spread this mixture on top of bread slices and cut into round shapes and keep refrigerate for ½ hrs.

When serving, dip chicken coins in egg mixture and fry till golden brown.

For Dips Sauce; Mix Best Foods Real Mayonnaise, Garlic paste and Knorr BBQ Sauce
