Preparation 1. Heat Rafhan Corn Oil in a large fry pan then put boneless chicken and sauté it for few minute then add red chili powder, black pepper, soy sauce, ginger & garlic paste and then stir fry for 30 seconds.

Then add Knorr Tomato Ketchup, Knorr Chicken Powder Stock, and then simmer it for few minutes.

3. Now add vegetables and sugar. Cook further few 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame till the vegetable become little soft. 4.

Add Rafhan Corn Flour stirring constantly until the sauce becomes thickens.

Serve hot Chicken Shashlik with plain boiled rice
