This program is managed and implemented by The Compete Caribbean Program in partnership with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the United Kingdom Department of International Development (DFID), the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), the U.S. Department of State, Digicel, Scotiabank, and the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
