5. NEW BUSINESS: A. Discuss and possible action to approve the Northwest New Mexico Senior, Inc. National Service Recognition Proclamation. – Mayor Scott Eckstein B. Discuss and direction to set a date for the Special Election on the Municipal Gross Receipts Tax increase. – Erikka Martinez
