Discussion and possible action to approve filing of petition relating to violation of the tax administration act in City of Bloomfield v New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department. – Ryan Lane 8. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: A. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution 2017-07 to submit an application for emergency funding to the New Mexico State Board of Finance to provide water to the Harvest Gold Subdivision. –Eric Strahl 9.
