Project Update • Proposition 1 - City Hall / Library: • Work in Progress as of February 20, 2018:

Exterior metal trim around the eave of the roof is complete Exterior wood finishes 85% Complete– Stone 100% complete Exterior wall glass and glazing complete Area C (City Hall) – Complete - punch list items ongoing Area B (Public Space) – 80% Complete – Finishes ongoing, millwork installation ongoing, IPE wood installation 80% complete. Area A (Library) – 75% Complete – Finishes on going, ceiling, electrical, lighting installation, millwork, doors and frames and hardware installation - on going.

Pavement, curb and gutters in parking lot - complete Final installation of light poles in the parking lot complete Retaining wall installation at Reading Garden and Front Entry complete Walks at Reading Garden – 90% complete Sidewalk from Main Street 90% complete Rough grading in progress on South side of the building Monument sign base set – work continuing. Electrical for site lighting in progress Force protection along Main street 80% complete

Site electrical for site lights are being run on the south side of the building. • 12. Heritage Tree: Weekly feeding and watering of the tree continues. Based on the latest report the tree continues to thrive. A one year maintenance agreement is being issued to monitor the continual growth.
