To: Public Safety Task Force From: Crystal Bothelio, City Clerk/Assistant to the City Manager Date: June 22, 2017 Subject: Public Safety Metrics At the May meeting, the Task Force reviewed arrest data from the Sheriff’s Office and requested further refinement of the data to show arrests made through warrants versus those made by patrol deputies, who are often arresting individuals who are actively breaking the law.
