Hi Ms. Johnson, I received a Notice that the Public Hearing for Design Review approval to construct a new building at the captioned property will be held on Wednesday, April 11. I am the owner of the property at 14573 Carnelian Glen Court, directly behind the proposed development. Unfortunately I am out-of-town until the 2nd week of May and will not be able to attend the meeting. The Notice indicates that the proposed new building is a two story residence up to 24 feet in height. I don't have the information on the design of the structure and where it will be located at the property, and am very concerned that it would have a major impact on the privacy of my property. If it is not feasible to delay the meeting until May, I would like to herewith ask that the planning commission to kindly take into consideration of my concern in the Design Review process.
