Sales Report: Last month we talked about a shortage of property, an abundance of buyers and a 100% clearance rate with all properties selling well above expectations - so basically, as good a situation as we’ve had at any time over the last couple of years. Just 4 weeks later the story feels just a little different with still very few properties for this time of year but also lighter numbers at inspections and ultimately in the Auction room. The question of have we turned the corner is getting old now - it’s being asked time and time again over the last 12 months at least. The answer is still ‘maybe’, just possibly a little more balance between buyers and sellers - but the evidence is far from definitive. Investment Report: 50 inspections in a day! We’ve laid down the gauntlet to all in the industry, this is the score to beat. Our esteemed Senior Property Manager organised and successfully accessed 50 tenanted properties back-to-back last Monday and then returned in time to collate photos and complete the full reports for our clients by close of business, the unmistakable smile of satisfaction plastered on his face.
