A One-Stop Shop The CIC is a centralized site for client applications, plan reviews, newsletters, reports and so much more to make it easy for clients to manage their pharmacy benefits and reach their account team. In addition to helping clients stay up-to-date on the latest industry information and Catamaran program enhancements, it is also a one-stop shop for the applications that clients use to manage their pharmacy benefits.
Timely Communication Clients have direct access to a user-friendly online tracking tool to request items such as plan changes or data reports and to submit questions to be researched. They can obtain status on previous requests and view a list of open questions. The CIC puts more information directly into the hands of our clients. It’s all part of our commitment to offer a variety of convenient communication options.
Clients using the CIC were surveyed and gave it strong marks for usability and relevance. Key features, including the client request tool, applications page and overall navigation, were rated as valuable or very valuable by 100% of our pilot clients.
