KCC SURVEY METHODOLOGY KCC conducts an annual client satisfaction survey to uncover ways that clients interact with our services team and technology systems. In turn, we analyze the responses to find ways to improve service levels, bring new solutions to the market and better understand our clients’ ever-changing needs. Each year, we ask a sample group of current and past clients to offer their voice into considerations for working with a claims and noticing agent during a Chapter 11 reorganization. This fifth annual survey revealed our clients positive response to KCC’s continual efforts to offer best-in-class solutions.
