You Cafes System Time needs to be correct, else it can cause error in your Accounting and Reports

Please keep your Café Code handy – It will be needed during Installation.

CLINCK Online Cafe Manager How to Install CLINCK Online Café Manager Application : 1. You should first Check whether the Internet connection is Active in the terminal where you are installing the Application 2. During Installation, In the Setup Wizard you will be asked to enter your Café Code which is also the Username of your account on http://www.clinck.in/myaccount 3. Once you enter the code it will Verify your details and show in the section below. Please ensure you enter the correct Café Code. Setup Rate Plan: 1.
During Online café manager Installation Setup Wizard you will be asked to enter your Rate Plans / Amount you charge in your Café for Surfing.

Select the duration / time of the session (Example: 15 mins, 30 mins, 1 hour, 2 hour etc.) and then enter the Price you charge and Add the Rate Plan.
In case you want to change your Rate Plan later you can access that from the Admin Login Button on your login Screen
Set Password: 1.
Post Setting of the Rate Plan , you need to set your Admin Login Password for your systems Security.

If you forget the password, you will need to uninstall and reinstall CLINCK Online Cafe Manager.

Admin Login :
1.
The Admin Screen helps you Customize CLINCK Online Cafe Manager Login Screen and other Features.
2.
Customer Details such as Gender, Address, Email ID, Contact Number can be removed from the Login Screen – See Show Optional Customer details on Login Screen.
3.
Show/Hide Rate plan on Login Screen – To Ensure the Customers know the Rate plan.
4.
Set Rate Plan for Terminals – Amount will be calculated automatically basis the minutes slab set
5.
Show last 5 customer details on Login screen – Amount can be collected if you are not able to access the details online by directly going to the terminal
6.
Enable/Disable customer photo taking during login – Helps in preventing Cyber crimes
7.
Enable/Disable Admin authenticating user login by giving his password – Helps in unauthorized using of your terminals by the customers
8.
Date Setting – System Time can be changed directly without using the System tray.

Login Screen: 1.
CLINCK Online Cafe Manager terminal Copy has a lockdown screen which has separate boxes for Customer Name, Customer Details, Rate Plan, Last 5 Customer History

The Screen also displays the Connection Status of the Terminal with the Ideacts Server
Customer Session Window: A Session Window appears once the Customer Logs in displaying information on Time In, Time Out, Amount etc.

CLINCK Online Cafe Manager Reports:
1.
Report section will show you the Customer Details, Amount Collected, Customer Photo, Terminal name and total collection summary report of all the days.

Logon to http://www.clinck.in/myaccount, Enter your Username and Password
3.
Clicking on the Reports Section will give you access to view the below 4 reports: • Month Summary • Current Day – Daily Register Report • Previous Day – Daily Register Report • Customer Details

Month Summary:
1. This Report gives you the Total Amount Collected in a month from the customers in your cafe 2. Choose the Month for which you want the Report and Click Download Report. 3. The File will be downloaded as a .xls (Excel) attachment, Save it on the Hard drive.
Current Day – Daily Register Report: 1. This Report gives you the Existing Day details of the amount collected, Customer Name, Terminal Name, Time-in, Timeout, Total no. of customers, Grand Total Amount.
Click on Refresh to get Real Time Customer and Login Details
CLINCK Online Cafe Manager Previous Day – Daily Register Report: 1. This Report gives you the Previous Day or Back dated details of the amount collected, Customer Name, Terminal Name, Time-in, Time-out, Total no. of customers, Grand Total Amount.
Customer Detail Report:
1. Click on the Customer Name to view the details which were filled during Auto-Login by them. 2. This details can be extracted only for Current day and Previous day – Register report
