Coaches - Adding Snack Stand Team Duty to your Team Calendar Our new website will allow coaches to create tasks under any game on the schedule. Parents can then sign up for these tasks or you can assign the tasks to them. Parents will get an email notification anytime someone assigns them a task.
1) Go to www.harleysvillebaseball.org 2) Sign in with your account 3) Click on My Account
4) Click Visit Team Page
5) Click Calendar
6) Click Task Sign up
7) Scroll down – click show more to see more games – and find the date/game for your assigned Snack Stand Team Duty. Click the expand arrow.
8) Click Add New Task
9) In the pop up box, enter the name of the Task needed – include the time for the shift. You can assign this task to any team parent at this point or leave that blank if you are asking for sign ups. You can come back to this page later and assign it to a parent after they volunteer. If you assign a task to a parent, they will receive an email. If you want parents to come and sign up themselves, please forward them the instructions that were attached to the same email. Be sure to check Task Frequency - THIS GAME and not All games. Click the Add Item button

Repeat steps #8 & #9 for each SS shift for that game.
You need at least 2 adults in the SS for every shift. Saturday shifts require 3 adults. Usually SS shifts are 1 hour – 1.5 hours each.
11) You can edit the task, assign the task to a parent, or delete the task at any time by clicking on the … button
