Tom Campbell called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. Devotions Richard Heller shared a devotion.
Council Actions: · APPROVE COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES o Minutes of the May meeting held on June 3rd, 2014 Council Meeting were reviewed and approved.

APPROVE MAY 2014 FINANCIAL REPORT o Finances were reviewed. o Jeff Mason made a suggestion to add a YTD column.
The May 2014 Financial Report was accepted by the Council.

OFFERING COLLECTION SIGN-UP FOR JULY AND AUGUST o The offering collection and bank delivery sign-up for July and August were circulated.
Discussion on Leadership development and process Group discussion regarding Succession Planning and future structure •Committee to review and assign names to our short term contingency plan •To be reviewed annually with council in August Pastor Peter proposed his Fall staff transitions: •Sarah Bunge full time position focused on evangelism and worship •Donna Rohrer ½ time position focused on adult education •Discussions are taking place with other candidates Laura Dirks - made a motion to accept proposal and Tom Campbell second - Approved Unanimously Update on Staff, Management, and other happenings: Committee Assignments were reviewed Nominating: Merle, Larry, Laura, Susan, and Richard Learning: Beth, Missy, Gwen, and Larry Audit: Gwen and Jeff Capital Campaign: Barb, Adam, Jeff, Susan, Tom Transitions: Barb, Adam, Beth, Missy, Merle, Laura, Richard, and Tom Discussed ministry updates and personnel transitions Adjournment Meeting Adjourned at 8:26PM The meeting closed with the Lord’s Prayer. The next Council Meeting is at 7:00 pm on August 26th, 2014, at Lord of Life. Devotions – Larry Pivec Learning Time – Ends Policy – Worship
