PROGRAM DETAILS Only specifically listed Liebherr appliances purchased from a participating retailer between May 1 and December 24, 2015 are eligible. No substitutions of other models allowed. Offer requires this completed mail-in form and a legible copy of store receipt with the purchase price circled. Incomplete submissions will be returned to the sender for re-submission. Claim must be postmarked no later than January 15, 2016. Resubmissions must be postmarked by February 1, 2016 Only handwritten claims will be processed. Allow up to 8 weeks for processing. Submitted materials will not be returned. Not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail. Questions about the status of a claim can be made in writing to Liebherr Appliance Rebate Offer, P.O.
