Entry Deadline:
Submit initial entries at www.directathletics.com by Tuesday, April 19 at 9am CT.
Confirmation:
Entry lists will be emailed Tuesday afternoon. Corrections/changes may be made at www.directathletics.com until Wednesday, April 20 at 9am CT. Heat/flight sheets are assembled and posted late Thursday. Entry marks are not published.
Heat Sheets:
Heat sheets will be emailed and posted online no later than Friday morning.
Entry Marks:
Entry marks must be from the 2015-16 Indoor/Outdoor season. Speculative marks are not allowed but teams are able to enter a note including projected performance. Email the meet director to provide additional entry mark information.
Entry Limits:
Teams are allowed 4 entries per individual event. Additional entries are allowed at $10 per entry. Two relay teams are allowed per team per event. Teams may request additional relays if lanes are available following the entry deadline.
Individual Collegiate Entries: Individual collegiate entries competitive nationally within the corresponding division will be accepted by contacting the meet director. A $20 entry fee is required per athlete. Unattached Entries: Unattached collegiate and post-collegiate athletes meeting the recommended performance standards listed on the last page of this document may enter online at www.directathletics.com through individual accounts no later than the final 9am deadline on Wednesday, April 20. UNA entries are NOT guaranteed preferred lanes in running events. A $20 entry fee is required to be paid online when entering. NO REFUNDS.
TEAM INFORMATION Team Entry Fee:
$250 per gendered program + $10 per additional entry over 4 per event. Checks payable to the “University of Illinois.” If mailing, send to: University of Illinois – DIA; c/o Eric Vetter; 1700 South 4th Street; Champaign, IL 61820.
Team Packets:
Available at the moving truck in the southwest corner of the track.
Scoring:
Division 1 teams scored 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1. Unlimited individual scorers per team. 1 relay team scores per school.
Field Event Finals:
Top 9 to reverse order final regardless of affiliation.
Hip Numbers:
Hip number check-in is at the dug-out near the scoreboard on the south end of the facility. Races are clerked at the corresponding start line.
Bib Numbers:
Bib numbers are to be worn on the front for all events except the pole vault.
Relay Cards:
Relay cards should be turned in to the hip number table at relay team check-in. Relay cards are available in the team packet and hip number table.
Weights & Measures: All implements are weighed and inspected on the east side of the throwing area next to the Atkins Tennis Center. Running Direction:
If the weather warrants and technology allows, the 100m/100h/110h/200m will run in reverse direction with the wind.
Results:
Live results are available during the meet at www.fightingillini.com/track/livestats. Results are posted on the moving truck in the southwest corner of the facility.
Sports Medicine:
Athletic trainers are available on the north end of the facility near the steeplechase pit.
Team camps:
Teams should set camps on the bleachers or grassy areas on the backstretch of the track.
Restricted areas:
All spectators, athletes, and coaches should stay off the infield grass throughout the competition with the exception of competitors in field events occurring on the infield. The infield pole vault area may be used as a warm-up area if not used for pole vault.
Indoor track access: The Armory Track & Floor is available for indoor warm-up all day Saturday. Enter through the southwest corner. Baseball Game:
The Illini baseball team plays Ohio State at 3pm in adjacent Illinois Field.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Spectator Admission: Admission for spectators is free. Spectators are allowed to enter any gate. Concessions:
Concessions are sold in the baseball stadium.
Restrooms:
Portable toilets surrounding the facility are the primary facilities at the track. Restrooms at the baseball facility are also available. No showers are available due to the other athletic events taking place in surrounding venues.
Bus Parking:
Team buses should drop athletes off at the Track Stadium and proceed to park at the Veterinary Medicine lot south of St. Mary’s Rd on Lincoln Ave. (1870 South Lincoln Ave).
General Parking:
Weather permitting, the grass lot off Kirby Ave. west of Illinois Field (baseball) is available for parking. State Farm Center parking lots are available depending on construction activities.
