Contract Analyst – 18-month Contract We’re looking for a Contract Analyst to join our Supply Management team on an 18-month contract. You will work closely with Business Relationship Managers and Contract Specialists on managing contracts: Data Analysis: • Manage, perform quality control, and generate reports on spend data • Perform price audits, to ensure contracts are compliant to pricing terms. • Analyze large amounts of data and find opportunities for improving data quality • Collect supplier data and analyze supplier performance by preparing reports regarding performance by tracking key performance indicators, (“KPIs”), service level agreements, (“SLAs”) and other statistics. Contract Management: • Assist business relationship management team in the preparation of relevant documents, the maintenance and monitoring of all contract related information • Help manage supplier relationships, • Prepare supplier business review and other presentations as required; • Provide procurement support when required; Do you have what it takes? You’re a self-motivated, results-driven, resourceful and versatile procurement professional with: • Demonstrated understanding of Request for Proposals, contracts and pricing terms and conditions • Expert data-driven business analysis skills in validating and analyzing complex data to support sourcing, procurement and contract administration • Well-honed research skills with strong attention to detail • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multi task to support the Sourcing Manager, Business Relationship Manager, and Contract Specialist • Strong negotiating skills in working with supplier partners • Superb relationship building skills with customers and suppliers • Above average proficiency in the MS Office Suite, in particular Advanced Excel, and measurement and reporting tools How to apply: Apply to this opportunity by sending your resume to [email protected].
