Sustainabilty – How to measure our performance.

This session will look at the options of how we can measure the performance of our buildings , benefits and limits of accreditation and Benchmarking.

The Business Case for Sustainability

How organisations are dealing with the justification to invest in sustainability. We propose to share Best Practice on how Clients are rationalising their business decision processes on investment in this area which may have longer payback than normal Business cases.

Sustainability – in Use

New Green Buildings are built , major sustainable fit outs completed or just simple what can we do on a day to day basis to improve the sustainability of our buildings. How can we help occupiers to use the building as it was designed or simply how can they contribute by their day to day behaviour

Sustainability – the Solutiions Explained

This session aims to remove the mystic of some of the technical solutions being used to achieve sustainable buildings. E.g. Ice Banks grey water reuse ???

Sustainability in our existing Buildings

As 90% of the building that we will have in 15 years time are with us now , this session will focus on best Practice in improving the sustainability on existing buildings.

A back to basics but in depth review of one key element of improving the sustainability of a Building Fist one of this series - Energy
