Instructions for Crayon Box Printable Cut and Fold Craft 1. Print the Crayon Box Printable on plain printer paper (or colored printer paper if desired). Cardstock (a heavier printer paper) is not recommended as it is harder to make the small folds. 2. Cut out the Crayon Box, along the solid black lines on the outside of the whole box. 3. Cut along the three short solid black lines that “go into” the Crayon Box and meet up to a dotted line. Do not cut past the solid black line. It seems like you are “cutting into” the box, but you are actually creating the flaps that fold, and make the box. 4. Fold the box inward (that is, fold toward the blank side of the box) along every dotted line. Be sure to fold along each dotted line that is shown. In some case, you will be folding the same part in two places. Be sure to always fold toward the blank side of the box. 5. Once all of the folds for the Crayon Box have been made, you will begin to put the box together, using tape or a glue stick. As your guide, the image is the front of the box and the © Mom's Break.com is the back of the box. Folding the box can be a little tricky! Take your time, and it should become clear how the box goes together! Make the Box 6. With the image facing you, hold each side along the outer edge, and fold toward the back. The two folded sides will meet, with one tab over the other. This forms the box. Tape or glue closed.
