INTRODUCTION Replacing the blade on your Craftsman Model 315.10721 is fairly straightforward. However, replacing the blade can be dangerous, so please take caution when handling the blade and ensure that your saw is unplugged before beginning repair.

Craftsman Model 315.10721 Blade Replacement

Step 1 — Blade 

Using a flathead screwdriver, loosen the first 7/32" flathead screw on the saw blade clamp.



Rotate the saw blade clamp 90 degrees to the left and loosen the second 7/32" flathead screw

 It is not necessary to completely remove the screws.

Step 2 

Carefully take the replacement blade and insert it into the saw blade clamp.



To secure the blade, retighten both 7/32" flathead screws on the saw blade clamp.
