Class dates and times are subject to change based on weather conditions and staffing. Please call 970-672-2147 or check online to sign up and verify the correct times. Payment is required at the time of class registration. Class supplies should be purchased at The Sewing Circle whenever possible. We appreciate your patronage. Your purchases help us stay in business.
Students purchases for the class and other purchases the day of class are 10% OFF
Class materials must be purchased in advance of class. If fabric must be washed, ironed, or cut prior to class, no class time will be available to prepare fabric.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance will be credited to an upcoming class. If the cancellation is the day of the class or the student does not attend class, no refund or credit will be given.
Come early to get the sewing machine set up and supplies ready for class.
Class minimum = 2 students. Teacher/store reserves the right to cancel class if less than 2 students sign up.
Your instructor will provide you the best experience possible. Please refrain from bringing children or visitors to class so that your teacher can provide the best for all attending.
Classroom machines: We have a limited number of machines in the classroom for classes. If you are expecting to use one of the classroom machines, please let us know when you register.
Please bring your own specialty needles, feet, bobbins, rotary cutter, rulers, scissors, thread and other accessories.
Store Policies
Refunds: Software, opened embroidery designs, Books, patterns, cut fabric non-refundable. Machine refunds subject to 10% restocking fee. No refunds after 10 days. Refunds require receipt and will be paid back in the form it was paid. Repairs: Machine repairs are warranted for 30 days after repair.
Returned check fee is $35, and will be applied to all returned checks.
Special orders require payment in full at time of order.
Discounts: Only one discount per purchase.
Private Lessons are available at a rate of $20 per hour with our instructors, $40 fee with Melissa, our owner. Call the shop to schedule a lesson.
Long-arm Quilting: Call the store to schedule the use of the long-arm. If you have not quilted with us, ask us for the hand-out. $50 deposit to be paid at sign-up. Deposit is forfeited if you do not show up to quilt without 1 day notice. Our Customer Loyalty Program
