Quilting Classes Beginning Machine Quilting (Walking Foot Edition) Learn how to use a walking‐Foot to quilt using a straight stitch  only. This class will teach you to stitch‐in‐the‐ditch , cross‐hatch  quilt, echo quilt. This is for a beginning quilter, however more  advanced quilters may even learn some fun techniques! No  piecing will be covered in this class.  Sat, Jun 25 12:30 ‐ 3:30pm  Class Fee:  $50, Instructor: Katie Roth

Introduction to FREE‐MOTION

This free motion club is only for Home Sewing(Tabletop)  MACHINES.    Start with the basics and learn how to move in a free‐motion  fashion. These are small practice sessions to learn how to tune  your free motion quilting skills.       Tue, May 10 1‐3pm     or  Tue, Sep 13 1‐3pm  Cost:  $20,  Instructor:  Staff   

 

String Theory  Learn the basics of foundation piecing while clearing out your  scrap bin.  This is a good way to use selvages and other scraps.  The whole quilt will not be made in this class.  You will learn and  complete up to 4 pieces which will then be put together.      Mon, Apr 18 & 25 6‐8pm  Cost:  $20, Instructor:  Katie Roth

Me, Mommy & My doll

UFO (UnFinished Objects)

Class dates and times are subject to change based  on weather conditions and staffing.    Please call 970‐672‐2147 to sign up and verify the  correct times.   Payment is required at the time of class  registration.  Class supplies should be purchased at The Sewing  Circle whenever possible. We appreciate your  patronage.  Your purchases help us stay in business.   Students purchases for the class and other purchases  the day of class are 10% OFF   Class materials must be purchased in advance of  class.  If fabric must be washed, ironed, or cut prior  to class, no class time will be available to prepare  fabric.  Cancellation policy:  Cancellations more than 24  hours in advance will be credited to an upcoming  class.  If the cancellation is the day of the class or  the student does not attend class, no refund or  credit will be given.  Come early to get the machine set up and supplies  ready for class.  Class minimum = 1 student.    Store has the right to cancel due to weather or  health of instructor.  Your instructor will provide you the best experience  possible.  Please refrain from bringing children or  visitors to class so that your teacher can provide  the best for all attending.  We have a limited number of machines in the  classroom for classes you may be taking.  If you are  expecting to use one of the classroom machines,  please let us know in advance.    Please bring your own specialty needles, feet,  bobbins, rotary cutter, rulers, scissors, thread and  other accessories.
