Preparation PARMESAN CRISP: 1. Preheat oven to 300F. Using a Silpat (Silicone Mat) lay 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese to the mat, keeping a distance of 1 inch every cup. Forming a flat round shape, Bake for 15 minutes and fold to maintain the shape. (please refer to the picture.)
PIMIENTO TOPPING: 1. In a pot, add in Knorr Cheese Sauce with the red bellpeppers. Let it boil until it thickens. Set Aside.
SALAD BEDDING: 1. To assemble: Lay Romaine Letttuce, Lolo roso, Green Ice lettuce in the plate. Drizzle some Lady's Choice Caesar Dressing. Add the parmesan crisp on top, and pimiento topping. Serve!
