SBE Progress • Project SBE Goal of 8% or $5,287,707 • To date, PDNT has used 19 SBE subcontractors from the local community • SBE subcontractors have completed $7,509,373 worth of work to date 5

Construction Update • MSF and Downtown Loop are complete – Both are handling vehicles

• Working on punch list items • Cincinnati Street is nearly complete – Still working on landscaping and additional striping

• Completing striping on Stanton and Oregon Street

Implementation & Operations Plans Development • Working with Sun Metro to develop plans and submit to TxDOT • TxDOT SSO visited in February – Received Final Readiness Review report from TxDOT – Met with TxDOT on 5/1/18 and reviewed report

• Sun Metro staff currently onboard – Operations Manager and Safety/Training Manager – Maintenance Manager and Technician – Operations Superintendent and 2 Transit Supervisors 12

Implementation & Operations Plans Development • Identifying objectives to obtain system safety certification • Sun Metro working on standard operating and maintenance procedures (SOPs and SMPs) • Sun Metro developing O&M plans • Implemented Fire Life Safety Committee as required • Will develop SSRC (Safety & Security Review Committee) as required by TxDOT • Submitted 47 documents to SSO 13

Community Involvement (cont.) • Transitioning from construction messaging to safety and testing • Fielded calls via Project Hotline (844) 252-RAIL (7245) • Distributed bilingual fliers in targeted areas ahead of testing activities • Distributed bilingual push cards to all properties along Downtown Loop

Community Involvement • Managed news media coverage of arrival of Streetcars No. 1506 and No. 1512 • Working cooperatively with City of El Paso to compliment their ceremonial activities • On-going logistical conversations regarding locations of “Streetcar Road Show” events 15

Construction Management • Submittals – 574 received to date – 570 are closed, 4 are being reviewed
