Cut up and sew Hello Again!! Whew….It has been busy since we sent out our first newsletter. Planning and getting the Retreat Center ready. I was able to enjoy some time away with $ Bill and attended a Super Fun Sewposium with fellow shop owners. YOU GIRLS ARE IN FOR A TREAT . They had some wonderful ideas…(but then we are never short on those around here). I came home excited, inspired, and motivated . The only thing to do is SHARE WITH ALL MY FRAMILY. (Definition “Friends and family.) …...SO BE WATCHING for our email blast and checking our class calendar for all the new classes, EVENTS and “FUN TIMES”.
Also don’t forget to send any suggestions you may have for classes or EVENTS you would like to partake in to [email protected] Terri has been busy trying to infuse some EXTRA FUN at the store and hopefully you have had a chance to come by and PLAY some games and engage in some Silliness… YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT will be going on when you stop by the Store. Disney Prince Charming Trivia….Presidential HISTORY TIME CHALLENGE , “FAT TUESDAY” and DUCK RACING along with some Tasty Treats…….(Terri is worse than Barb when it comes to giving things AWAY! ) All fun aside we have witnessed some amazing generosity from our customers to each other and if you were here to play VALENTINE BINGO you know what this is about..No one can say THANK YOU ENOUGH when it comes from the heart! We truly
have the best family here at CUT UP AND SEW.

If you haven’t made a Tuffet with Pat yet, then it’s time to put down the Curds & Whey and schedule your personal one on one class to make your very own Tuffet. There’ll be NO Spiders, to frighten you from making this Tuffet! Better yet, bring along your buddy Humpty Dumpty, it’s time for him to make a nice soft Tuffet and Safely get off that wall...Just saying This is a 2 day class, the first class is sewing the top and the second class will be scheduled individually for assembly.

Sewphie Says……. Just because Terri writes the Emails and Newsletters now instead of my Mom doesn’t mean they are going to shut me up….. Yes, this picture of me is in Eli’s (the mean bird’s) cage. I share everything with Eli and just because I get in his cage every now and then to rest he turns on me and bites me. His Mom had put what was left of her chicken pot pie in Eli’s cage, and yes I thought it was for me. So I jumped in to look it over and then Boom……the bird chased me to the back of the cage. I couldn’t get out. I was crying and Mom came to my rescue. Just because he can sing and dance doesn’t mean anything. One more thing, this ‘Fun House’ retreat center is working me to death. Mom makes me go back and forth with her each time she goes there (then she stops at the new bakery while leaving me tied to the Handicap Parking sign). It was my first ride in an elevator and no, I did not like it. But I’ll come check on you when you’re there sewing and… I’ll probably check your purses to see if you brought me a treat while I’m there. Just sayin……………… Love Sewphie
