Uniforms: If you have USED items to sell you may bring them in and hang them on the USED TEAM RACK August 20-31. At the end of the month the unsold items will be returned to you. Please safety pin an envelope to each item with your full name, size of item, and selling price. Used items are sold for 50% of the original price. NEW ITEMS are available to purchase. An order form has been attached to this email. There are no new styles this year except for the team t-shirt. All students must have a team shirt to wear for exhibitions and our home meet. Parents are welcome to order additional shirts.
Booster Club Statements: Please read this carefully as the booster statement is the most frequently misunderstood part of team. Balance Brought forward….This is the amount, if any, that you owed or had a credit from last season. If you had money remaining in your account from last year it will show as ($X.XX) If you still owe money from last year it will show as $X.XX. Your current balance… If you have money in your account to pay for fees it will look like this ($50.00) If you owe an amount in your account it will look like this $50.00 Charges…Your uniform cost, meet fees and other money owed to the booster club Credits…Your fundraising money or personal deposits into the account Meet fees are non-refundable and are not pro-rated. If your child withdraws, any money in your booster club account will be put in the Booster Club’s general fund. Please remember that all payments to your account MUST be either cash or check, we cannot take credit card payments for Booster Club. The payments need to be placed in the Booster Club payment box located on the side of the cart.
