Uniforms: Attached to this update you will find an order form for this year’s uniforms. The boys will be reusing the bag, competition pants, and competition shorts. Parents of the boys team are welcome to trade amongst yourselves if you have items that don’t fit. Girls are welcome to use last year’s bag, but all other items are new.
Booster Club Statements: Please read this carefully as the booster statement is the most frequently misunderstood part of team. Balance Brought forward….This is the amount, if any, that you owed or had a credit from last season. If you had money remaining in your account from last year it will show as ($X.XX) If you still owe money from last year it will show as $X.XX. Your current balance… anything in parentheses is a CREDIT. If you owe money it will be listed as a traditional amount Ex. $25.00 You owe this amount ($25.00) You have a credit for this amount Charges…Your uniform cost, meet fees and other money owed to the booster club Credits…Your fundraising money or personal deposits into the account Meet fees are non-refundable and are not pro-rated. If your child leaves the team program, any money in your booster club account will be put in the Booster Club’s general fund. Please remember that all payments to your account MUST be either cash or check, we cannot take credit card payments for Booster Club. The payments need to be placed in the Booster Club payment box located on the side of the cart.
