Built in 1972, Dana Point Harbor consists of an existing marina, boat launching facilities and beaches that provide one of the few recreational boating connections to the Southern California coastline. The retail market demand in this destination area has outgrown the existing retail supply and major opportunities exist to redevelop and expand the current retail and recreational uses. SWA, along with AC Martin, worked with the City of Dana Point on the master plan for the phase one implementation.
