The Natchez Stewpot is the answer to local hunger!
The Stewpot serves as the local foodbank and provides meals to nearly 300 every day ‐ some are homeless, most are the elderly, sick and handicapped. The facility operates to make sure that the community’s less fortunate always have a place to come and get a meal.

The Natchez Trace Kiwanis Club has selected The Stewpot and the focus for our support for the 2017 District Conven on. The club works with the shelter, and is well aware that any support provided by members a ending the annual conven on, will definitely make an im‐ pact of the services they provide. Kiwanians a ending the 99th Annual Con‐ ven on ‐ as well as their local Kiwanis Clubs ‐ are invited to donate to The Stewpot, as our effort to leave Natchez in be er shape than when we came! Representa ves of The Stewpot will be available at the Natchez Conven on Center to accept any and all do‐ na ons, and to share some of their personal experiences feeding the needy. Following is the list of needed items:
Bleach
Pine sol
Dawn dish washing liquid
Rice
Seasoning: Tony Chachere's Seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, Kitchen Bouquet, etc.
Large cans of vegetables
Vegetable oil
And The Stewpot can always use cash do‐ na ons to purchase other needed goods and supplies (club checks are always welcome!)
