Dear Potential Sponsor, The Post Falls Baseball Club is a competitive youth baseball program comprised of players from the local area. The program is designed for committed players to play at a higher level with teams competing at the 10U, 11U, 12U and 13U age levels. As you know, it takes a great deal of time and money to organize and run a club such as the Post Falls Baseball Club. Monies are needed to cover league fees, umpire fees, field rental, maintenance, team equipment and tournament expenses. It costs each member hundreds of dollars to compete in this competitive division. (This does not include travel, food and lodging or family member expenses.) This is why we are offering individuals and businesses the opportunity of different levels of sponsorship to help offset some of the costs incurred. Any monetary donation would be truly appreciated and would help out our team tremendously. Donations for the 2018 season to the Post Falls Baseball Club are tax deductible as we are classified by Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The Post Falls Baseball Club has a Federal Tax Identification and group exemption number which will be furnished for your records upon contribution. Since our baseball club is non-profit all donations to this club are tax deductible. Please speak with your accountant as to any limitations on this contribution. As a contributor, your name will be included on the team banner that will be displayed at all the tournaments they play this season.
