July 25, 2014 Dear Potential Sponsor: Fisher Elementary School is introducing a new consolidated corporate sponsorship program to provide businesses with a more effective way to introduce themselves to Fisher School Families and parents. This package outlines the many ways your company can become involved, support and access the Fisher community. Your support makes the educational enrichment programs for students and professional development for Fisher possible. We could not supplement library resources, purchase technology or fund all of our school programs without the support of our corporate sponsors. This year we are asking in advance of the 2014-‐2015 school year for your support. By doing this, we will be able to promote your business more effectively throughout the school year and provide you with a tax deductible way to support our students and staff at Fisher. We encourage you to look at all of the levels offered. Even the smallest of businesses have the opportunity to join at a level that is right for your company. Fisher Dash We are so excited to announce the new “Fisher Dash” to be held by the PTA on November 6, 2014. It will be this year’s new fundraiser that we will continue for years to come. Sponsors will have the chance to have their names associated with a great event for the Fisher families.
Silent Auction This year the Fisher Dash, our school wide “fun run” will be adding an online silent auction. We would love any auction items from our local community. Auction item participants will be able to hang their banner (provided by company) at Fisher during the week of the event.
Marquee Included in your sponsorship will be an amazing new amenity. You can have your name in “lights” on the Fisher Marquee. This amenity is included in certain level donors ($1000+) and will be a great way to get your business name recognized by not only Fisher Families but also over 1800 Trails residents.
Corporate Directory We are introducing a corporate directory listing in the back of the School Directory (Fisher 411) of all corporate sponsors and their contact information (if sponsor is secured prior to print date of 10/1/14.) This directory, is used virtually daily by parents, is an easy way for parents to access businesses that support Fisher and a targeted way for entrepreneurs to advertise their services to our school community.
