I hereby authorize the Decatur Arts Alliance (DAA) and Decatur Development Authority (DDA) to publish the photographs taken of me, and my name, for use in the DAA and DDA’s Decatur Postcard Project, including printed postcards and related marketing materials. I acknowledge that since my participation in printed postcards and marketing materials produced by the DAA and DDA is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation.
