Staff/Community Attendance : 36 Association members and staff Call to Order: (Time 7:30) Board President’s Report: Corey Mosher spoke to the members and introduced Liz Crofut as the Interim Executive Director. Finance Report: Liz Crofut gave a finance update – Financial Statements were available for review with copies on each table. Motion to accept the Financial Report Motioned by: Lynda Lehr Seconded by: Jenny Mills Discussion: No Discussion Vote: All Yes Motion Carried: Yes Building Strong and Vibrant New York Communities Cornell Cooperative Extension of Madison County provides equal program and employment opportunities.

New Business:
Recognition of outgoing Board Members – Peter Cann, Phil Hofmeyer, Linda Wimmer, Mary Maitland (posthumous), Lynda Lehr
Elections for new CCE Board Members for 2016. Corey Mosher thanked the Nominating Committee, Tara Truett, Faith Young, Roger Tanner and John Wagner, for their time reviewing and selecting nominees to fill the board vacancies. The nominating committee presented a slate of six individuals to fill the positions. Ballots and bios were available on each table. The slate includes: Jenny Mills (2nd Term) David Hatch, Sue Bookhout and Corey Hayes who were present and were introduced to the members. Beth Lamb and Janis Barth were unable to attend this evening. Corey asked for any additional nominations from the floor? No nominees from the floor. Motion to elect the slate of candidates as presented for the Board of Directors Motioned by: Jessica Burch Seconded by: Lynda Lehr Discussion: No Vote: All Yes Motion Carried: Yes Old Business:
