Geography (listed counties in territory A2B only): • The Authorized Monsanto Chemical Retailer must be inside the following counties. The Authorized DEKALB® seed dealer must be within the following counties or an adjoining county but only within Colorado and Nebraska:
• Colorado counties: Adams, Boulder, Cheyenne, Elbert, Kit Carson, Larimer, Lincoln, Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington, Weld, Yuma
• Nebraska counties: Chase, Deuel, Dundy, Keith, Lincoln, Perkins
Program Offer: • The grower must purchase DEKALB Brand Seed Corn and an eligible Monsanto Corn Herbicide product: Degree Xtra®, Harness®, Harness® Xtra, Harness® Xtra 5.6L, TripleFLEX® Herbicide or TripleFLEX® II Herbicide. • For each acre in which a grower purchases DEKALB Brand Seed Corn and an eligible Monsanto Corn Herbicide (listed above), the grower will qualify for a $2.00/A incentive funded by Monsanto Crop Protection and a $1.00/A incentive funded by DEKALB. If also used with Roundup PowerMAX®, the grower will also receive $1.00/A incentive funded by Roundup Ready PLUS Crop Management Solutions. • The dollar volume will be determined on a per acre basis at the rates of 2.5 acres per unit of DEKALB Seed Corn and 32 oz of Roundup PowerMAX, 3 qt of Degree Xtra, 2.25 pt of Harness, 1.8 qt of Harness Xtra, 2.25 qt of Harness Xtra 5.6 L, 2 pt of TripleFLEX Herbicide and 2 pt of TripleFLEX II Herbicide. Data Collection: • Participating dealers will be supplied a spreadsheet in which they agree to enter the volumes of participating products for both chemical and seed. If the grower’s seed was purchased from a different Monsanto seed dealer, then the grower is required to provide the seed invoices to his or her current Monsanto dealer. Program Dates: • DEKALB Seed and eligible Monsanto Corn Acetanilide products must be purchased on or after September 1, 2014, and on or before July 1, 2015. • An authorized Monsanto dealer must submit the spreadsheet and invoices to the Chemistry Account Manager, Andy Martinez, by July 15, 2015, for the producer to be eligible for the program. Program Disbursement: • Payment will be paid to the Authorized Monsanto Chemical Retailer and the Authorized DEKALB Dealer by September 30, 2015. •Terms & Conditions are subject to change as required to administer, track and pay the program incentives.
