Step 1 — Remove Plug

Slide the plug to release from the transformer unit

Step 2 — Pry open transformer unit
Slip a knife blade into the seam on one of the long edges. It should go in a fair way. Lever the lid upwards. It requires quite a bit of force to release. Be careful as the outer casing is flimsy and it will be deformed.
Once the lid comes off you can slide out the internals.
Step 3 — Slide out the internals
