INTRODUCTION This guide illustrates how to remove the battery from a Sanyo Katana Eclipse X.

TOOLS: Flathead 3/32" or 2.5 mm Screwdriver (1)

Step 1 — Back Panel



Press the battery release button located on the back of the phone.



With the button depressed, pull down on the battery protector to remove it from the phone.

 The phone's battery will now be exposed. Step 2



Slide a thin object under the white tab located on the bottom of the battery and carefully lift away from the phone.

 A small, flat-tip screwdriver or credit card may be helpful for this step. 

The battery should now be free of the phone.
