Death on East Side Being Investigated As Homicide February 09, 2016 On February 8, 2016, at approximately 9:00 a.m., Rincon District deputies responded to a suspicious activity call at the north end of Bowes Road, north of Snyder Road. When deputies arrived, they discovered a deceased male in the wash area. The Homicide Unit responded to the location and took over the investigation. The investigation is ongoing. More information will be released as it becomes available. Anyone with information on this incident is urged to call 9-1-1 or 88-CRIME.
