Driving Directions From Dallas: Take I-45 S towards Corsicana, approx. 50 miles from Dallas. Take exit 231 toward Waco/Athens/TX-31. Turn right at Martin Luther King Jr Blvd/E TX-31. Continue to follow E TX-31 approx. 21 miles. Turn right at blinking light in Dawson, FM 709. Follow it approx. 5-6 miles, past Liberty Hill Park and continue until you see a property on your right that looks like a big barn. The target property is 2 driveways past that. There is a black cow stuck in the ground near the stone entrance. From Ft. Worth: Take I-35 S towards Hillsboro. Exit 368A for TX-171 toward Meridian/TX-22/Corsicana. Turn left at Corsicana Hwy/TX-171/TX-22 (towards Corsicana) go 1.2 mi. Veer right at TX-171 S (don't miss this turn!). Continue to follow TX-171 20.2 mi into Hubbard. Turn left at stoplight at NE 4th St/TX-31. Continue to follow TX-31 out of town until highway widens, approx 2-3 miles. Turn left on FM 709 (careful - it's easy to miss it).
