1441 Main Street Springfield, Massachusetts 01103 THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this date by and between SIS Center, Inc. whose address is 1441 Main Street Springfield, MA 01103 hereinafter called the Lessor, and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, hereinafter called the Government: WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to amend the above Lease to provide for temporary secure parking. NOW THEREFORE, these parties for the considerations hereinafter mentioned covenant and agree that the said Lease is amended as follows: 1. Effective June 1, 2009, the Lessor shall provide twenty (20) secure inside parking spaces at 186 Chestnut Street, Springfield as depicted on the attached plan entitled "Garage Parking" plan. 2. Effective June 1, 2009, rent shall commence in the amount of $2,425.00 per month for the temporary parking. 3. Upon the commencement of Lease LMA04585, this Supplemental Lease Agreement Number 1 shall terminate. All other terms and conditions of the lease shall remain in force and effect. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties subscribed their names as of the above date.
