Categories of accommodation FOR THE PERIOD 11 - 13 MAY 2018
Choose your accommodation from tents, schools, hostels, youth hostels or hotels. As tournament coordinators we promise that your team will stay as a group in the same accommodation. • Camping side:
Located right next to the sports facilities, you will sleep in tents Brought by yourselves. Sanitary facilities are of course on site. Additionally a sleeping bag, airbed and other utilities need to be brought along. • School / School gym: Most of the schools are located in walking distance to the sports facilities. As a team you will stay in your own classroom. At least three adult supervisors have to stay with the team in the same room. It is possible, that teams will be accommodated in a nearby gym. Of course parents, siblings & fans are also welcome to accompany the kids during their stay at the school or the school gym.
• Youth hostel / Hostel:
The different accommodations are located in the centre of Bremen and offer the usual services. you should be mobile with your own cars to cover The distance to the tournament venue can be covered with your own cars or with the tram.
• Single, double & shared rooms at a hotel: The different hotels are located in Bremen, but not close to the tournament venue, We would recommend that you are mobile with your own cars to cover the distance to the sport facilities.

FAQ 1. Can I participate with more than one team or can other teams of my club join the event?
If we still have free slots, we would be very happy if you make our special tournament to an event for your whole club. Of course you can forward all the tournament information to the other coaches of your club.
2. Is there a registration deadline for the individual tournaments?
We do not have a registration deadline, but we recommend to start the planning process as early as possible, because many tournaments are fully-booked quite early. We can reserve a spot for a tournament for a desired period.
3. Is there a maximum number of players?
You can take part with as many players as you want. It would be too bad if some of your players would have to miss out on the trip.
4. Can parents or other persons join the team?
Parents, siblings or other accompanying persons can come to the tournament with you - a big fan club makes the tournament even more fun. Of course, you will all stay in the same accommodation.
5. Is the number of participants fixed after registration?
We are very flexible and give you the possibility to make changes free of charge until two months before the tournament starts.
6. Do we have to take care of food?
We take care of the food - breakfast and dinner is usually included in the price. For lunch there is something to buy at the tournament location. We offer different food options for reasonable prices.
7. Arrival & Mobility in Bremen
Getting to Bremen is not included in the price. We recommend to be mobile on-site with your own cars as we do not offer a shuttle-service to cover the distance between accommodation and tournament venue.
