SOWING AND GROWING

Sow February-April in a propagator on a windowsill or in pots or trays in a greenhouse at approx. 15-18°C (60-65°F) using a good quality, moist compost. Cover the seeds with 6mm (¼") sieved compost (Germination 10-21 days). Transplant seedlings spaced out 5cm (2") apart in trays and grow on in good light. Acclimatise plants gradually before planting out 15-20cm (6-8") apart. Alternatively, sow as above in a coldframe during June or July and plant out in the autumn for an early display the following spring.

HELPFUL HINT Regular removal of dead blooms will encourage further flowering. Quality Control: This seed has been carefully tested to ensure high germination. Prior to use, store in a dry cool place.
