Chicken liver parfait topped with redcurrant and port jelly
v Tomato, basil and balsamic terrine with goat's cheese cream
MAINS Sunday roast beef with all the trimmings Sunday roast chicken with all the trimmings Pork T-bone with an apple and potato gratin and a sage and onion jus v Celeriac and spinach layered pasta with a porcini mushroom dressing
Beef and Old Speckled Hen pie with mash and gravy Lamb and Bury black pudding hot pot with braised red cabbage
