Sow thinly from mid March until the end of May direct into well prepared, warm, weed free soil at a depth of 13mm (½") (Germination 14-21 days). Thin by degrees to a final spacing of 7.5cm (3") between plants and 30-45cm (12-18") between rows. Use the thinnings for salad carrots. Carrots grow best in a sunny position in well cultivated soil which has not recently been manured. Sowing ➞ Cropping – 17-20 weeks.

HEALTHY EATING

Carrots are a good source of Vitamin A and Beta Carotene. Quality Control: This seed has been carefully tested to ensure high germination. Prior to use, store in a dry cool place.
