Location

Nanaimo is one of British Columbia’s most livable cities with a population of approximately 80,000 within the city and 138,000 within the entire regional district. Hangar Description Hangar size is 60’ D x 50’ W (3,000 sq ft) and features a 12’2” x 46’ clear opening equipped with a Schweiss electrically operated door and wireless remote up to a 2 mile range. The building contains a lower storage room, 9’ x 15’ and an upper level office 12’ x 15’. The area is brightly lit with 4 400 watt industrial bay lights and 6 skylights. The building is connected directly to taxiway Alpha with a concrete taxiway and the lot can accommodate a second building. The hangar is located at the south end of the airport on 19,472 square feet (.45 acre) of leased land with a concrete direct access to taxiway Alpha. Gated vehicle and pedestrian access is located at the end of Spitfire Road adjacent to the property.
