BROADSTONE formally launches Private Client Office BROADSTONE Pension and Investment Limited has today [17 September] formally launched its Private Office solution, a one-stop coordinated service dedicated to supplying client excellence. Through a combined pool of recommended and referenced professionals, the Private Office will be able to coordinate and advise upon a broad range of matters. Advice will range from dynastical planning, legal issues and investments to asset purchase, security and travel arrangements. The Private Office will be led by Mike Batchelor, head of private office, and include Simon Davies and Chris Mascarenhas, who are partners in the private client team. Mike has held several senior positions in the wealth management and private banking arena. He is also a founding member of The Stewardship Group, a network designed to support the entrepreneur community. Simon is a member of the private client management executive and inaugural member of the investment committee. The Private Office will provide access to the following services:
Tax Strategy, including consultancy, income tax planning, IHT planning, emigration, and restructuring of family businesses Investment, including appointing asset managers, Investment consultancy, advice and guidance on private equity, property sourcing, benchmarking, cash management, and asset allocation Succession and transfer, including assistance with business sale, trustee services, dynastical planning and governance Administration, which will include mentoring and education (for children of clients), event organisation, and coordination of professional advisers.
